Mission

The mission of Welfare College is to achieve academic excellence and prepare the students to face the challenges presented to them in their community and thereafter in the current 21st Century. This is attained by:

  • Preparing the students responsible, caring and contributing citizens of the society.
  • To provide a diverse and challenging curriculum that will meet the needs, interests and abilities of the students,
  • To improve students’ confidence and appreciation of their identity,
  • To enhance the students’ personal and academic achievements,
  • To develop students’ discipline, moral values and social responsibilities,
  • To educate students to care about all other human beings regardless of race, colour, gender or beliefs and respect their differences.
